So, as you all (however many of you there are that might read this on a regular basis) know, yesterday was kind of a rough day. It was therapeutic to "journal" about it on the blog. And then, as an unexpected blessing I received so much support from those of you that had happened to tune in to check out what had happened that day. Such a reminder of how far-reaching friendships can be and that isn't technology great that we can be a little more connected like this? Anyways, thanks to all of you who e-mailed, texted, commented, etc.
As an update in case you are interested, today has been so different. I must have been at the edge of "all I can handle" and God has afforded me several encouragements. Tavin only woke up once in the night last night and then made it to almost 7am this morning. Great start! He has been a much happier eater today which has been a relief to know he is getting all he needs. Although the napping is still in progress, he had the longest nap he's had in weeks at home today (an hour and a half!). Amazing! He just seems happier in general and I am definitely happier. Days like this are a great reminder that Tavin will progress and learn the routine and respond better eventually to naps, etc. So thankful for these little victories today!!
