Wow, at this stage in our lives (and therefore in the blog), I totally should've named the site, Chronicles of Napping.com. =)
Anyways, we have been very encouraged in the last few days as the Ferber method and letting Tavin cry it out when he wakes out of a nap prematurely has actually been working! He is still doing it from time to time, but usually is able to soothe himself back to sleep. Yay!
Today we are on our 2nd nap already and he hasn't really protested during it at all. Such a change! I'm sure that this won't be the end of the premature wake-ups, but I will take the little encouragements along the way (similar to the fact that the 11 hour night was just a taste of what's to come and we are back to a wake-up in the night at least once it seems).
Thanks for your support, advice and prayers! I've been appreciating all of it!
