Aunt Abbie was finally able to visit tonight after a longer than usual absence. We were all supposed to have gone away together last weekend for Koen's birthday, but Koen had croup and Aunt Abbie ended up getting sick anyways. So, finally she was well and non-contagious and could come visit. She snuck up to his room with me after his nap. He saw her out of the corner of his eye and he whispered, "Aunt Abbie" calmly. Then he sprang upright and smiled so big..."I didn't know you were coming!"
Aunt Abbie gave him a great gift. I won't say what it is, you'll have to watch the video which he animates so well himself...
