Truth in the Tinsel, Day 12

Today we learned about the census.  It was a super cute craft today.  Two marbles (that Koen put smiley faces on) in a jar of dyed rice.  It represents Mary & Joseph amidst all the other people in the Bethlehem census.  You shake around the jar and have to find Mary & Joseph.  Koen loves it.  Plus, the activity to get to the final product was a fun process for him. Here he is working on dyeing the rice.
