Penn Makes Noise!

Penn's been finding his voice lately and it is hilarious.  He has a scratchy way of talk-yelling to get a word in and express what he's thinking or feeling.  It's loud (but should I be surprised?  What isn't loud in a household of three boys?), but it's pretty comical and cute.  Here's my attempt to get a little of it on camera.
