Koen and Tavin were disassembling the pantry last night and I suggested to Koen that he should play "Grocery Store" with Tavin. Then I went on to act it out and explain that Aunt Abbie and I used to do this all the time when we were little. Koen was intrigued. He loved the "scanning", particularly the noise making. Tav wasn't sure of his role, but he found a way to get involved. Here are a few videos. They don't really show the process perfectly as somehow when I turn the video camera on it tends to never work out to be a great example, but oh well. Here's a glimpse of the fun playtime last night (that actually kept them out of trouble for awhile!)...
