Today I had a baby shower to go to around lunchtime. Doug invited his friend Dennis and his little girl, Keely, over (his wife Julia was also going to the shower). Two daddies, two boys and a baby girl. Pretty cute scenario. The guys did great handling the little ones for the short visit in between naps.

Tavin was very nice to share his toys (and not get to close as he woke up with a runny nose this morning).
Koen was a big helper all morning in preparation and also while Keely was here. He even gave her a kiss on her way out.
After Keely left, Koen laid down for his nap and then Doug and Tavin snuggled in the living room until Tav's naptime. Tav is really not feeling that great, poor guy. Here are a few shots of their snuggle time. 
I got home and Koen was loudly playing trains in his room after napping about 40 minutes. That's my ideal situation every few days so that he is still plenty tired for his early bedtime. Tavin though woke up early from his nap (perhaps the loud train whistles?), bummer! Oh well!
