Destined in Destin, Part 3

Sunday was our last day in Destin.  After an on and off rainy and super muggy day on Saturday, we woke up to choppy waters, an amazing breeze and cooler temperatures.  It felt so perfect.  We enjoyed most of the morning out on the back porch or on the dock.  So refreshing and a very relaxing way to spend our last hours on the lazy bayou.  We got to have our last meal in Florida with Phil, Leah and their "punkin," Eleanor.

Penn was a trooper yet again and totally was a little pal throughout the meal.  A great start to our travel day.
Penn was also amazing (as usual) on the flights and layover.  We made it home very smoothly just like the way out.  God's grace that we had no delays, weather or issues to deal with and that we have such a great little 11 week old traveler!

Thanks to Phil & Leah for yet again being fabulous hosts and sharing your beautiful retreat with us.  We look forward with great anticipation to our next trip and bringing the whole Melder brood down with us.  We love you and miss you already (and your sweet Eleanor!).
