Cute Penn Video

Today I was explaining to my mom that Penn is just so adorable and I had to attempt to get a video to make sure she got a glimpse of it.  He's been very chatty and blowing bubbles a lot lately, but of course he got a little shy (and mesmerized by the little light on the camera), so he doesn't say much.  He does smile a bunch and his sweet face is cute enough to stare at even in pictures, so I think a video stream of his preciousness just has to be even better.
