A Special Meeting

Today our dear family friend, Lisa, came to visit.  She's the kind and generous woman that watched Koen for 2 years, 1 day a week back when I used to go into the office and work from home after having Koen (pre-Tav).  Lisa is amazing with little ones and she has a special place in her heart for our kids after her sweet 2 years of Wednesdays with Koen.  Unfortunately, with Koen in school he wasn't able to be here when Lisa visited us to meet Penn today.  I didn't tell him she was coming so he wouldn't be upset going to school.  Tavin was excited to see Lisa and I was thrilled to finally introduce her to our newest adorable little man, Penn.  Here they are getting along from the start!

Penn was full of smiles for Lisa.  I was so happy she could get a good glimpse of his happy and easy-going personality.  She also got to take in Tavin's developing personality.  He played so well by himself for most of the time she was here and then we all enjoyed a silly game of hide and seek.  Tavin is hilarious, he can't contain himself hiding and calls out to you when you are looking saying, "I'm here!"  

Lisa, thanks so much for taking the time out of your busy schedule to visit us today.  It was great to catch up and to introduce you to our precious Penn!
