Kite-Flying

After lunch today Koen wanted to make a craft. Randomly he thought of the idea that we should make a kite. Sure, sure. No problem, I can make a workable kite out of the craft and household supplies we have on hand. Well, actually we amazed ourselves and had great success making a usable kite. I'm sure it helped that today was super windy! Check out Koen flying the kite later in the afternoon. He was so proud of himself and his kite. It was a great craft activity and then a fun thing to keep him busy in the backyard.
