My poor little babies. Tavin has an ear infection and is still feverish today. Look at his puffy little face. Such a trooper! 
He hates the amoxycillin that we started this morning. So that will be a fun treat 3 times a day for the next 10 days. Ugh! Koen is also under the weather. The cold seemed like it was going to be mild, but it's taken a turn for the worse. The poor guy can't keep his nose from running and he's got a really intense cough. All morning he just wanted to go to nap. We made it until after lunch though and then the poor kid woke himself up with bad coughing only an hour into his much needed nap. Tavin is asleep and hopefully for awhile. He was moaning with every breath before his nap, all hot and feverish. Breaks my heart! This is basically how we spent most of the day...snuggling, reading and the boys with their thumbs in their mouths.
Here are a few cute videos of Koen when last night a pediatrician friend stopped over for a house call for the boys. Koen was very brave getting his ears checked and really appreciated how Mr. Sky and Miss (Dr.) Megan made it so special!
