Yesterday was another gorgeous day. We spent most of the boys' wake time on the beach playing in the sand and the waves. That's pretty much my ideal day description right there.
Doug and Koen made a fantastic "construction project" sand castle, hunted for "treasure" (seashells), played paddle ball and spent a lot of time in the water. Here comes the serious little treasure hunter...
Tavin ate and ate and ate his lunch (see pictures of him being silly with his mouthfuls of strawberries)

and then he dug in the sand with a shovel and finished his time at the beach loving some more time in the water with Mommy. He particularly liked it when I would walk him around through the waves. He basically just has a grin on his face the whole time. There will be a fun blog post this afternoon (I'm hoping) as we are already having quite an adventurous day! Stay tuned...
