The last two mornings Koen has suggested having breakfast on the front porch...a child after my own heart! Any excuse to get outside at any point in the day is perfect for me, so I lugged the high chair, our breakfast plates, food, etc. out so that we could have a special time in the fresh air. Koen, Tavin and I have all been enjoying it.
After we finish eating, Koen runs inside and gets his basket of trucks, cars and trains and plays with them on the porch railings and elsewhere. Tavin basically shoves everything and anything in his mouth to attempt to get these teeth to come through (he has two more coming through the gum currently). Tavin also likes to throw things to the ground whether by accident or on purpose, to which Koen replies, "Oh, Tavin, not again, you have to stop doing that!"
