Tavin is Back!

Today was such a relief. Tavin seemed to be functioning at about 90% today which is the best we've probably seen in 2 weeks. He woke up from his nap this afternoon and he finally had some pink in his cheeks! All day today he had plenty of smiles, coos and even a good bit of laughter. Music to my ears to hear his sweet little voice again. I've missed seeing his precious personality over the last week, he was so lethargic and tired all the time. Today we played on the floor for the first time in days.

Koen is happy to have us home. We enjoyed Gramma's help throughout the day. He considers her quite the playmate and then Gramma stayed within Tavin during his morning nap so Koen and I could run some errands.

This evening when Daddy got home and Koen was up from nap, we all hung out in the backyard. It felt great to be together again and Tavin enjoying life with big brother again (he loves watching Koen's every move!).

Thanks for everyone's concern and prayers. God was so faithful through the whole experience and now it is great to see Tavin returning back to his normal self (and even teething like crazy).
