Keeping Gramma Busy

Mom's visit has been such a help this week. We always love her company, but obviously with Tavin getting back on track, needing two people to get him to ingest his medicine and Koen bouncing off the walls with energy as usual, it is so nice to have Mom around!

I had to post these pictures of Koen running Mom through hoops this afternoon playing in the backyard. At one point Mom taught him how to play "Simon Says," which unfortunately didn't work out in her favor (I think she was trying to mix up their activities). Koen would do the things she would say "Simon Says" about (touch your toes, touch your head, reach for the sky, etc.), but then every time it was Koen's turn he would say, "Simon Says, spin around again." Poor Mom! Spinning is one of Koen's favorite things right now. I think he is enamored with the dizzy feeling afterwards.
Playing Baseball
Koen found a rope in the backyard and asked Gramma to play "horsey" with him. She was a good sport. I have to say I had quite a laugh at them from the kitchen.

Playing Badminton. Koen and Mom actually had a volley!
