Tavin's Preschool Christmas Sing

This is our fourth year at the same preschool (we did have one year between K & T, but four total years in attendance).  We have come to really look forward to the cuteness that is always exhibited at the annual Christmas Sing.  This year was no exception.  Tav was so excited about his Christmas Sing.  They made Rudolph hats, he's been practicing his signs to "Joy to the World" for days and he was all business.  Here are the pictures (and a video) that we got of the sweet little sing!

Here he is taking in his surroundings walking in.  He was pretty proud to hold his candle.  They were singing "This Little Light of Mine" of course as they walked in.
Tav was hilarious the whole time.  He tried to avert eye contact with Doug and I the whole time, but would sort of give a goofy smile as he passed over us.  As if he was either embarrassed of us or knew he would crack up if he looked directly at us, so he just skipped over us!

"Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star."

And everybody's favorite, "Jingle Bells!"
Here's the video of "Joy to the World."  Tavin has been showing me these signs for days and it was so cute to see how seriously he took it.
So, as you can see, the Christmas Sing proved to be a lovely, Christmasey and entertaining way to start our day.  Great job, Tavin.  Tav enjoyed it so much that this evening at dinner when he prayed before the meal he thanked the Lord for his Christmas Sing and that Daddy, Mommy and Penn Rye could attend.  How sweet!  Merry Christmas, Tav!!
