Tavin Graduates from Speech Therapy!!

I know I just reported on Tav's speech progress last week, but this week's final visit is totally blog worthy.  We have been blessed with the sweetest (and very compotent) speech therapist, Miss Christal, for the past year and a few months.  I think she truly loves Tavin.  She's invested so much in him and he's worked so hard.  When we came in on Thursday morning, she was all prepared to celebrate with him.  She had made him a graduation certificate (in an aviation theme of course) and she had a cupcake for his birthday and a perfectly appropriate birthday gift...a paper airplane book!

At the end of his session (which was pretty low key under the circumstances), I took the opportunity to get a picture.  Look how happy Tav is and did you notice who else loves Miss Christal??  

Congratulations, Tavin!!  We are so proud of all your hard work.  And Miss Christal, we thank God for you and all that you've meant to Tavin (and the comfort you've been to us) as he's worked with you these past 15 months.
