Overdue Playdate with the Bralys

Before Koen and Kaiser had little brothers and before nursery school, they used to hang out at least weekly. It's been a crazy Fall for us and the Bralys with lots of travel and busy schedules, but this week we carved out some quality time for an overdue playdate. Kyndal and I gabbed the whole time. Love it! Koen loved having a playmate a little closer to his age and enjoyed keeping Kaiser busy with tag and follow-me games. Tavin tried to tag-along, which was just adorable to see him getting such a kick out of running around with them. Porter did his thing. He's going to be running around with the big boys before too long! Here are the pictures...

We had a picnic lunch. Here's a nice shot I caught of my boys. Caught you, Koen!Tavin noticed a little play table in a playhouse a few steps away and he wandered off with his crackers and sat down and ate there. Soon after, big brother joined him. Next, Kaiser walked over to finish his lunch with the Melder boys.
Here's a picture of Tavin surprising Koen with a little wrestling (a new favorite pastime for the boys).
A little break for Kaiser and Koen on the playground equipment. A penny for their thoughts at this moment! Would have loved to hear whatever they were talking about.
Koen got Kaiser to go down the slide with him at the same time. They thought it was hilarious. Have to say it looked pretty fun.
And Tavin coming up behind all proud of himself to be involved and keeping up. Such a sweetie!
Another shot of Tavin all proud of himself, but more importantly I actually have a picture with Porter in it. Do you see him crawling around in the top right-hand corner? After all the running around, the boys took a break for a chat and some apple slices by the swings. Little men in the making here. So cute.Kyndal, Kaiser and Porter, thanks for hanging out with us. We love you guys!
