This has been one of the craziest weeks in the history of our little family unit.
Koen's croup turned into a full-blown cold, our planned family vacation turned out to be a week earlier than we had scheduled into our calendars, Tavin caught the cold, the electricity in our 2nd/3rd floor is half-blown out, several busy work things for both Doug and I. It couldn't be crazier!
We did decide to make it to NJ for the family vacation with Doug's family. It was a great decision, but the boys are still recuperating from these colds/coughs. They did amazing on the 7 hour drive (Koen actually slept a little!).
By the way, we did take Koen to the ENT specialist as well this week - that was a disaster. I will get you all caught up more once life settles and I have some fun stuff to share as well. We are well on our way to some of that with a houseful of Melder boys and their significant others, Nana & PopPop and lots of cousins!
