Amelia had a fun little birthday party this evening. It was still pretty warm and sticky here, so Chris had the mini slip and slide set up. So fun!
Koen was reluctant at first, but eventually after playing in the muggyness with all the bikes, trikes and trucks Amelia has, Koen was convinced getting wet was a good idea. He wasn't very good at running and sliding, so Doug took to pushing him down (poor Doug ended up pushing a lot of kids down as that looked fun to a lot of the other little kids). 
Koen got so good he would start on his back end and flip around onto his tummy and go down the rest of the way like that. What a fun night!
All kids are in bed now. Parents are relaxing on the couch. Ahhh...
