First Brother Bath for Jansen

It was unseasonably chilly this morning at the playground and the boys still all ran through the sprinkler, so they were chilly and dirty when we got home right before naptime.  Jansen was about 4 days overdue for a bath (it's so hard to find the time!), so I figured it was time to kill two birds with one stone...Jansen and Penn could bathe together.  It went really well.  Jansen loved the entertainment of watching Penn play in the tub and Penn was so proud and listened to instructions well and kept the play really gentle and careful.  Photo opp, of course!!

We had only one little snafoo, right before I was going to lift Jansen out, he pooped!!  We quickly evacuated Penn first instead and then I drained the tub and got Jansen out.  Thankfully baby poop is much less yucky than toddler poop to clean out of the tub!  Penn was fine with it and Janse of course didn't know the difference, so no big problem!  It looks like we will be doing more of these bath duos!
