Snow Day Again

So, nursery school was cancelled today. We made the most of it, but I was definitely pining for nursery school. If it wasn't winter, snow days would be no big deal, but that's the thing, they only happen in the winter! Thankfully the snow is a nice distraction (although cold and not super fun for a 13 month old). We did go out again around lunchtime for about an hour. We played in the backyard and went on a walk with the sleds (I pulled Tavin in the blue sled, Koen pulled a dump truck in the green sled). Tavin, again, was such a trooper and even sat in the snow in the backyard a little and tried to play with a dump truck. Mostly he just watches Koen and I in awe, wondering how we possibly move around with all the snow gear on. The poor thing is so packed in, he can barely budge!

Here's a picture from our playtime this morning. It was about 10am and Koen was already resorting to super sillyness and mimicing the antics of a 13 month old...enough said about the rest of our day!
