Weekend from A to Z (conclusion)

Well, on Saturday we participated in the neighborhood yardsale.  The boys went out "shopping" with Doug and I sold stuff off our front porch.  Ab and Zac had a laid back morning around the house and the neighborhood which I think they both enjoyed after their Blitzburgh day on Friday.  At lunchtime, Doug, Koen and Tavin headed over to Squirrel Hill for lunch with Abbie and Zac.  My two big boys have been so enjoying Zac, they were immediately all over him from Day 1 and at lunch on Saturday, they wanted to sit with him, wear hats like him and cuddled right up to him for this pic.
Penn doesn't really warm up to anyone very easily, so Zac has been kept his distance so as not to bring on the "stranger danger" tears.  Penn has been getting more comfortable around Abbie now that she's been here over a week.  Here they are playing on the floor yesterday evening after we had all enjoyed a relaxing, chill afternoon.
We got the boys ready for bed and Penn and Tav tucked in for the night before our babysitter arrived so that the four adults could get out for a dinner date.  We decided to take Zac over to the SouthSide as he had not yet seen that area (this guy covered a lot of Pittsburgh ground during his short stay!).  It was a beautiful night.  We enjoyed eating outside and then hung out by the river for some attempts at sister pics.  There's someone behind us messing up (or making it way cuter) this pic.
Ab and I landed on this one as our personal favorite.  I love my sister!!  Can you tell?
Today we took Zac to church and then went to the playground before heading out to brunch at The Porch in Oakland.  I couldn't resist more pictures of Penn enjoying the playground (Koen and Tavin get more and more difficult to track down and hold still for a good, bloggable pic!).

Penn got to be on the ground (which I have held off on doing, but I was tired of holding him and I could tell he really wanted to be in the thick of it this time).  He gingerly crawled (up on his toes so he wouldn't scuff his knees) over to his brothers.  Wants to be just like them of course.
This was my best shot of all 3.  Yep, welcome to the next 10 years of bro pics.
Penn enjoyed the new (and super slow) experience of spinning on the merry-go-round.
And this was a new experience too.  One of those bouncy seat things.  He was quite intrigued and totally got how to shake it back and forth.
Well, after we ran out the energy at the playground we headed to The Porch for lunch (awesome!) and then back home for naptimes and time for Zac to head to the airport.  The boys were a little sad to see him go (but I think Ab was a little more sad).  It was a super fun, packed weekend.  Thanks for making the trip, Zac!  And that's it for A to Z!
