Koen's First First Grade Field Trip - Carnegie Museum of Art

On Tuesday, the day after we returned from our family Thanksgiving tour, Koen's class had a field trip to the Carnegie Museum of Art.  What's funny is that Doug had offered to chaperone and drive for the morning trip.  He had not put it together that this would be the day after 5 straight days stuck in close quarters with our precocious Koen.  Ha!  Thankfully it went very well and Koen was in great spirits and on good behavior back in the routine of his school day and his peers there.  Doug was able to snatch a few pictures during the field trip as they learned about the art, received instructions on their art scavenger hunt and then went to observe the art.  I love these opportunities to be a fly on the wall during Koen's day!
